The “Select LiveWedge” window is shown when the LiveWedge app starte.
The LiveWedge SSID should be listed if your LiveWedge is on the same network as your tablet.
There may be case there is not a target LiveWedge SSID on the window.
Please follow the guide below when a similar problem happena
Check if your tablet is connected to LiveWedge’s own Wi-Fi or the local network LiveWedge is connected to.
Make sure you have the latest firmware.
If you do not have the latest firmware, please try updating and then check if the problem is resolved.

Please try to reboot the LiveWedge and tablet app, then check if the problem is resolved.
If you cannot solve the problem
Please contact our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) and include the following information.
- LiveWedge SSID is not shown on the “Select LiveWedge” window.
- You have already checked the points above.
- When the problem first happened and any other solutions you have tried.
